About the Institution
Bath Spa University is home to just over 7,500 students from over 40 different countries. This relatively small size means that Bath Spa remains a personal and intimate university with strong focus on teaching and student welfare. Bath Spa University was recently crowned one of the top six creative universities in the UK by ‘Which? University’ Guide, with activities such as music, theatre, dance, choirs and visual arts playing a large part of university life.
Location
Regular ninety-minute train services run directly into central London, and Bristol is only ten minutes away by train, offering connections to the rest of the UK. Student Life
Bath Spa University offers three different accommodation blocks for students to live. Newton Park Campus, the site of the library and major academic departments, offers single and shared rooms with en-suite options. Bankside House is just ten minutes’ walk away from the city centre, while Unite Halls is a short bus journey from the main campus. Homestay options for international students are also available.

Scholarship amount £1,000
Bath Spa University works with a number of regional offices to support its work across the world, and number of scholarships are available to support applicants from India.
£1,000 off tuition fees for your first year of study (for the first 20 students who apply)
Criteria
The India Regional Office Scholarship is available to both undergraduate and postgraduate applicants.
Postgraduate students must achieve at least 70% in their degree.
Undergraduate students must achieve at least 70% overall in their 12th grade, for example, A-Levels.
(2) International Scholarships
Scholarship amount £2,000
Bath Spa University works with a number of regional offices to support its work across the world, and number of scholarships are available to support applicants from India.
Eligibility Criteria for Scholarship:
Students require 70% in their degree and UG students require 70% overall in their 12th grade.
(3) Postgraduate Scholarship for Bath Spa University Alumni
Scholarship amount £2,000
Nationality International
Bath Spa University alumni / graduates progressing to a Taught Master’s (e.g. MA, MSc, MRes) in the 2023/24 academic year could be eligible to receive £2,000 towards the cost of tuition fees.
Criteria
The scholarship is available to any Bath Spa graduate (undergraduate or PGCE / PGDE) progressing onto a Taught Master's degree (e.g. MA, MSc, MRes) for the 2023/24 academic year.
No application is necessary and the scholarship will be applied as a fee waiver.
If you're a part-time student, you'll receive the scholarship on a pro-rated basis according to the module weighting.
Please note that students progressing onto a PGCE course from undergraduate study will not be eligible to receive the Alumni scholarship.
