  About the Institution
Xavier is a Jesuit Catholic university founded in 1831. Located in Cincinnati, Ohio, their co-curricular engagement and rigorous academic programs create student learning opportunities.

The University attracts 7,000 total students, including 5,000 undergraduates, with 48 countries represented in their student body. Xavier University is committed to educating the whole person and promoting the benefits of community-minded, informed actions.

The facilities at Xavier University are far-reaching to support different kinds of students. Xavier library is a modern space offering students a wealth of academic resources, computer labs, and specialised research centers. The Gallagher Student Center is a comprehensive student service center containing a bookstore, meeting rooms, a fitness center, and more! Students regularly meet here to discuss academic and social plans. The greenhouse on campus allows students to embrace the outdoors. In keeping with the athletic focus of most American universities, students can access a basketball arena, a soccer complex, and a baseball stadium for either participatory or spectator purposes. The dedicated nursing simulation center was installed to empower dedicated students in their field. At the same time, students can also choose from a range of on-campus dining options, including a dining hall, a Starbucks, and a convenience store.

  Location
Cincinnati is where a low cost of living meets a high quality of life and vast employment opportunities. Several Fortune 500 companies operate in this part of Ohio and recruit the well-rounded graduates Xavier University produces. The friendliness of Cincinnati and the diversity of available eateries encourage students to develop a social life in a part of Ohio ranked seventh in the US for top coffee cities. It is also known worldwide for its beer heritage. Cincinnati is an excellent choice for international students as the town is student-focused, urban, and multicultural.

  Student Life
Students are encouraged to develop emotionally and intellectually during their time at Xavier University. The 160 student clubs and organizations on campus offer something for everyone, including international students who want to honour their cultural heritage. This Jesuit and Catholic education establishment aims to facilitate the integration of learning and spirituality and develop a robust system of personal moral values. Guest speakers, cultural festivals, and music performances are therefore available for students to develop into well-rounded individuals. Xavier's Division I teams compete in the Big East Conference, and students thus have the opportunity to participate in intramural sports, club sports, and varsity athletics. Students are offered the chance to get involved in community outreach initiatives to pursue personal and spiritual growth.

Xavier University offers a variety of on-campus housing options for students. First-year students must live on campus to help them ingratiate themselves with the campus. There are several residence halls to choose from, including both traditional and suite-style living arrangements. Older students have the option to live in on-campus apartments or townhouses. All on-campus housing is fully furnished and includes utilities, WiFi, and cable TV. Additionally, Xavier offers themed housing accommodation, such as Honors housing and Wellness housing, allowing students to live with others with similar interests.
